Nuh passed away on April 28, 2000. He had been in prison for 28 years for fighting for Black liberation.

Statements were read from Assata Shakur, Mumia Abu-Jamal, Jalil Muntaqim, Herman Bell, Mutulu Shakur, David Gilbert, Marilyn Buck, Sundiata Acoli, Sekou Odinga, and others.
