TLC’s Prison Mail Response Program provides incarcerated transgender and gender-nonconforming people with legal information and resources to help them advocate for themselves. Resources include prison and agency-specific policies, grievance and appeal processes, information on name and gender changes, transgender health care, know-your-rights materials, reentry resources, and other helpful organizations. Unfortunately, TLC is unable to provide legal advice, legal representation, or take on individual cases through this program. Please note that this phone number is for intake purposes only.
