We provide vital support and resources to LGBTQ+ and trans individuals who are currently incarcerated, including assistance with healthcare, mental health, and access to services. Additionally, we offer comprehensive re-entry programs for individuals returning to the community, focusing on housing support, employment assistance, and connections to essential resources. Our goal is to empower individuals at every stage of their journey, from incarceration to reintegration, and help them build a stable and successful life beyond the criminal justice system.
